The X-Box has a 2-wire power cord and is not grounded. I suspect that your monitor is fed through a 2-wire power cord as well. That means that when you have the X-Box and monitor connected, there is no ground. When you plug the PC in, the PC supplies a ground, because it has a 3-wire power cord.
So, try connecting a wire from the monitor frame to ground. Also check
pins at the end of the J-PAC connector (ie pins 1,2 A,B) are connected to
ground. They will be if the monitor video ground is linked to monitor frame in the monitor (which it usually is).

Je ne sais pas si tu te rappel mais en tout cas, pour les pins 1,2, A, B, ils sont tous soudé ensemble puis il y a même un câble qui les relies aux pins e,f, 27, 28.
Sinon j'ai testé House Of The Dead III avec mon Beretta sur ma borne, c'est assez sympa. 8)
